1. Plug in Luna

Plug the Luna hardware into your computer to get started. Luna is available for USB-C or HDMI.

2. Launch the Apps

Launch the free Luna apps on your primary and secondary devices.

3. Connect

Luna will automatically connect your devices over your existing WiFi network or USB cable.

Works as advertised

Using a 2015 27” iMac as the display to a 2018 Mac Mini. Couldn’t get the Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 set up to work so using a 1 gig ethernet connection. Works well! Can watch YouTube and move the browser window around with no noticeable issues. Occasionally it seems like there’s just a small amount of lag, usually when clicking on a specific button or other UI element. Doesn’t happen enough to worry about. Otherwise it’s amazing! It put the old iMac to use again.

I am using an iMac from 2015 and a Mac Studio M2 Ultra and it works like a charm! I absolutely love that I can also switch between the two computers with escape as I am still using my iMac for simpler things and storage. So far its been excellent. I connect with a usb cable and speed is very good. Its really all that I had hoped for. Congratulations on your product :)

Single Display for Windows & iMac Machines

I was having 2 sets of monitors, keyboards & mice for windows & Mac machines respectively. I decided to consolidate and connect my Windows PC to iMac display. In this process I realized that apple no longer supports “Target Display Mode”, Luna Display is the only solution for the problem I was facing.
Luna Display works like a charm and I am using my iMac & windows machine seamlessly using single iMac 5K display. Thanks to Astropad team for making this possible. Keep it up. Cheers!
